[SUBMISSIONS EXTENDED: to MAY 1, 2020] Call for Essay and Story Contributions

The ADN is especially interested in pieces that highlight advocacy programs, national and regional efforts spearheaded by the youth; as well as reflections, challenges, and successes on defending human rights and democracy by youth and youth-based organizations within Asia’s shrinking civic spaces.

Contributions should follow the following format:
a. 2,500 to 3,000 words in length (approximately 5 to 7 pages)
b. Font: Times New Roman, size 12
c. Margin: 1 inch on all sides
d. We encourage writers to also submit support photos, please attach them to the email as a .jpeg or similar file.
e. Please also submit the writer’s brief profile (200-300 words) and photo.

Upon submission, a member of the ADN Secretariat will contact you for any edits or clarifications about your contribution.

Contributions should be submitted on or before 2:00 pm on May 1, 2020 (GMT+9), via email to adn@adnasia.org. The subject of the email should have the following format: ADN_JOURNAL_(last name or organization).
