Karel Jiaan Antonio Galang is the Asia Democracy Network Program Officer. He previously worked with the Asian Network for Free Elections as its Campaign and Advocacy Officer and focal point of the organization’s programs in Cambodia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives.
